We are hiring a Retention manager who will build an effective system for returning users to products, create unique push messages and set up a repeat sales funnel.
Requirements
Knowledge of modern technologies and trends in the field of marketing (observation)
Knowledge of CRM systems and basic operating principles
Experience with analytics tools, attention to details
Experience with various communication methods (email, instant messengers, etc.)
The big advantage will be:
Retention manager experience, preferably in the Igaming vertical
Experience with mailing lists and creating catchy copyrights
Responsibilities
Work with user retention channels (push notifications, reviews)
Create advertising messages and order designs
Launch and conduct analysis of completed campaigns in a specialized CRM system
Monitor user reviews and work with objections
Build and test product hypotheses, search for growth points
Communicate with advertisers and media buying team to find unique offers
Segment the user base
