- We are AdKey.Agency – a digital marketing agency, which in 2019 separated from one of the business leaders (Zorka.Mobi agency) and now successfully independently promotes products and brands in the IGaming field.
- The AdKey.Agency company is a team in a stage of active growth and development with a complete arbitration infrastructure, which includes Media Buying, Sales and Development Department, Finance Department and other areas.
- Development Department that is responsible for the development of mobile applications for Android and IOS, as well as web development and solving all technical problems, plays a cruсial role in the success of our business. Specifically for this team we are looking for experienced and charged Project Manager!
Requirements
- Experience as a project manager 1 year and more
- Strong knowledge of project management standards (in particular Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Completed project management courses and/or certification will be a significant plus
- High organizational skills, ability to facilitate team work, remove obstacles and find optimal solutions
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, prioritize and maintain focus, attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools - Jira\Asana\Trello, etc.
- Ability to structure large volumes of data and present your thoughts concisely
- Ability to conduct transparent communications
- High empathy and teamwork
- Technical understanding of web technologies and development processes, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as understanding of backend technologies (for example, PHP, Python, Node.js)
- Result-oriented rather than process-oriented
- Analytical mindset
- It will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Keitaro, Appsflyer, Admob, FB ads tools
- Knowledge of the igaming industry
- Business analysis skills
- Technical background
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of Web Development and App Development teams
- Develop project plans
- Interact with customers, designers, front-end\back-end developers, mobile application developers and integrators
- Monitor project deadlines
- Communicate project statuses, record-keeping
- Project risk and change management
- Preparation of project documentation
- Improvement of business processes
- Control of resources and team workload
- Conducting planning meetings, stand-ups, retrospectives, one to one meetings
