- We are AdKey.Agency – a digital marketing agency, which in 2019 separated from one of the business leaders (Zorka.Mobi agency) and now successfully independently promotes products and brands in the areas of betting, gambling, dating, crypto, fintech, etc.
- The AdKey.Agency company is a team in a stage of active growth and development with a complete arbitration infrastructure, which includes Media Buying, Sales and Development Department, Finance Department and other areas.
- We are in search of an experienced and motivated Team Lead / Senior Sales & Marketing Manager specially for the Mobile direction!
Requirements
- Significant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency
- Confident and proven networking in the Mobile industry, which can be used to attract clients directly to our agency
- Leadership and management skills
- Understanding of the advertising market, trends, strategies and methods; knowledge of major advertising platforms and tools
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies, build long-term development plans, and adapt them to rapidly changing market conditions
- Analytical mindset, ablility to identify strengths and weaknesses, as well as suggest improvements and optimization of processes
- Confident spoken and written English - minimum B2 level (Upper Intermediate)
Responsibilities
- Searching and onboarding of advertisers
- Building partnerships and mutually beneficial relationships with advertisers
- Participation in the development of sales strategy
- Planning, budgeting, cost control and evaluation of their effectiveness
- Adaptation of sales and marketing processes for the Mobile direction
- Sales performance analysis
- Monitoring the market and competitors
- Achieving target goals
- Team building (hiring, adaptation, retention, development)
- Development of the company's brand and image
