  • We are AdKey.Agency – a digital marketing agency, which in 2019 separated from one of the business leaders (Zorka.Mobi agency) and now successfully independently promotes products and brands in the iGaming field.
  • The AdKey.Agency company is a team in a stage of active growth and development with a complete arbitration infrastructure, which includes Media Buying, Sales and Account Department, Development Department, Finance Department and other areas.
  • The HR Department, which is responsible for team building and the atmosphere within the company, plays a crucial role in the success of our business. Specifically for this department that we are looking for a charged Recruiter & HR Manager!
Requirements
  • Work experience as HR Manager & Recruiter 1 year and more in Digital domain
  • Understanding of basic HR processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Mathematical mindset
  • Ability to respond flexibly and quickly to requests
  • Knowledge of Polish and English will be a plus
Responsibilities
  • Regarding Recruiting:
  • Full cycle of searching for candidates for the team, using different tools and platforms
  • Searching for new platforms for hiring candidates
  • Conducting interviews and assessing soft and hard skills of candidates
  • Regarding HR:
  • Supporting employees at all stages of recruitment
  • Organization of the adaptation process for new employees
  • Conducting progress meetings
  • Support of employees on other emerging issues
  • Regarding the Event:
  • Organization of corporate events
  • Congratulations, introductions in chats, control of the issuance of gifts, etc
