Build and lead the User Acquisition (Facebook) team — recruit, train, and develop specialists (office locations: Kyiv / Warsaw / Minsk)
Run Facebook traffic campaigns for Gambling offers with full in-house support (finance, apps, creatives, etc.)
Develop and execute advertising strategies for different GEOs
Test new approaches, creatives, and funnels
Analyze campaign performance and build a systematic approach to optimization
Manage the team’s budget and areas of responsibility
Collaborate closely with internal departments (Dev, creatives, analytics, etc.) and provide product feedback
Take part in onboarding new specialists and shaping corporate processes
Maintain reporting and provide results for further analysis
Confident experience with Facebook Ads in white-hat verticals (e-commerce, subscriptions, mobile, etc.)
Team-building or people management experience (Team Lead / Senior with leadership responsibilities)
Readiness and motivation to transition into Gambling, supported by our team
